On Education Day all of Salem goes to school! Experience Salem as its downtown transforms into a virtual classroom, with opportunities to engage in PE, Art, Music, STEM, and ELA activities offered by partners throughout the city. Hats Off to Salem! Education Day is built around 21st Century Skills and Learning. Education day will offer an array of educational offerings including: workshops, presentations, talks, demonstrations, hands-on activities and entertainment for all ages.

Salem Bike Rodeo

Salem Common 9:30am - 11:15am
What:
As part of Salem Education Day, we are partnering with Safe Routes to School Salem, Salem-Beverly Elks, Salem Cycle, North Shore Medical Center, and the National Park Service to host this bike rodeo. We will have free bike helmets, bike lights, and water bottles. The rodeo will end with a slow family ride along Derby Wharf to the light house at the end, which will be open for this occasion.
